A raised computer floor, also known as a raised access floor, is a modular floor on adjustable steel pedestals. This creates an accessible space below the floor for data cabling, electrical wiring, cooling, airflow and other technical installations.
The floor panels can be laid with a standard finish, but in offices you can also choose a colour or other finishes such as laminate, carpet or natural stone.

Our computer floors have a point load of up to 20 kN per point and a surface load of up to 35 kN/m². The exact value depends on the panel type and pedestal spacing. For heavy installations such as UPS systems we recommend a system floor with a steel substructure.
The void below the floor, the plenum, is available from 25 to 2,000 mm and is adjustable per pedestal. This lets us match the height to the amount of cabling, the cooling and the existing height of doors and stairs.
We supply panels in chipboard, calcium sulphate, gypsum, glass, steel-encased wood and natural stone, as well as perforated ventilation panels for air supply. The standard size is 600x600 mm. Finishes include linoleum, HPL laminate, vinyl, steel, carpet and natural stone.
Yes. We extend existing computer floors, create cut-outs for new cabling or cooling and replace damaged panels, regardless of the brand of the floor. Read more about repairs and modifications.
