Computer floors for server rooms and patch rooms. Cabling and cooling below the floor, with every cable accessible via a removable panel.

A server room is smaller than a datacenter, but the requirements are similar: a lot of cabling, heat that has to be removed and equipment that is sensitive to static electricity.
A computer floor routes the cabling, and if required the cooling air, below the floor. Perforated panels direct cool air exactly to the racks, and an ESD version protects the equipment. We install steel frames under the server cabinets, so the cabinets stand firmly and the panels do not carry the full weight.
If a rack is added or the cooling changes, we make new cut-outs and replace panels while the servers keep running.

Perforated ventilation panels to supply air to the racks.
Anti-static panels that safely discharge static electricity to earth.
We install steel frames for the server cabinets to stand on. The weight goes through the frame to the subfloor, independent of the panels.
Panels with a fire classification from F30 (REI30) to F60 (REI60).
We carry out modifications while the servers stay operational.
Already have a computer floor in your server room? We repair and modify existing floors, including those from other brands. For example, we replace damaged panels, make new cut-outs for cables or cooling, and add extra pedestals or frames for new racks.
We work in phases, so your servers stay operational.
More about repairs and modificationsNot always, but a computer floor keeps cabling well organised, enables underfloor cooling and keeps everything accessible when you expand.
For sensitive equipment we recommend an anti-static version. Read more in our article on ESD computer floors.
Yes. Perforated ventilation panels direct cool air from the plenum straight to the racks.
Often, yes, provided the height allows it. We assess the room, the doors and the existing installations and advise on a suitable floor height.
