Floors for engine rooms and technical spaces on offshore platforms and vessels. Built for salt, vibration and confined spaces.
Offshore conditions are harsh: salt, moisture, vibration and little space. Floors must be corrosion-resistant and slip-resistant, and installations must remain accessible for maintenance.
Anomalie supplies engine room floors in aluminium or steel checker plate. Where aluminium is fixed to steel, we insulate the joint against galvanic corrosion. For technical spaces and control rooms on platforms we also supply system floors.

The tread pattern provides grip, even when the floor is wet or oily.
Made-to-measure plates and hatches keep the bilge, pipework and machinery accessible at all times. After maintenance they are secured firmly again.
Sturdy supports and secure fixings keep the plates firmly in place.
Where loads demand it, we supply steel checker plate or gratings, often combined with aluminium.
We make the plates to measure in advance, so offshore installation is quick.
We also modify existing engine room floors: replacing plates, making new hatches and adapting the floor to new installations. We survey on site and make everything to measure.
More on repairs and modificationsThat depends on the space. Engine rooms take aluminium or steel checker plate, technical spaces often a system floor. We advise space by space.
